Customer Reviews
If you need to put together images to make a larger image then this is the right software for you. For example you can take 2 photos of a coastline and this software adds them together to make one large photo of the coastline. You can even do 360º panoramas and with a few tweaks which are easy to do, you get fantastic results.
The software is easy to install (system requirements are Windows 7, Vista, or XP, Pentium III 550 Mhz or equivalent, 10mb hard drive space, and 128mb RAM - for the MAC it is Mac OS X10.4 or higher with 100mb hard drive and 512mb RAM) and does not need a very powerful system to run on, unlike some other photo applications. Once installed the software is easy to use, but the menu system is a little dated. Another plus is that it runs on both PC and MAC computers.
Overall if you are looking for this type of software I would recommend this as one of the best in the market.
I must admit that I was a little bit underwhelmed by the prospect of this software. I already have MGI software's excellent PhotoSuite and of course PhotoShop which can "stitch" photos together and they do a pretty good job: So why, I thought, would I need a dedicated utility?
Well, the answer is in the package here. This does that same job, joining together adjacent photos into a panorama, with much greater ease and precision. The tools it includes are very useful and quick to use, edge and colour matching are very painless and the resulting image can be balanced and unified spectrally. It does one thing, and it does it very well. If you like to do a lot of multi-photo panorama shots, this could save you a lot of time and trouble.
