I bought this item for a Christmas present to my daughter. Was really looking for a Theory Test DVD for her to practice while we were on holiday to get ready for her Theory Test in January but I saw this one so ordered it although I have to pay more. My daughter was very disappointed as when she opened it on Christmas Day, the Theory Test DVD did not load due to a fault on the DVD. The other 4 DVDs did work to be fair and she found them really helpful. But the point is, I bought it for the Theory Test and it's the very one that didn't work.
I am very disappointed Amazon, this is the second DVD I bought from Amazon that was faulty. I wouldn't return any DVD again as the one I returned before was returned to me because it was already opened. Obviously, when you buy something you have to open it to use and you don't expect to buy faulty items. They expect you to return items unopened, does that make sense?
Anyway, I will contact the supplier instead which is Avanquest Software Publishing Limited based in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire. It's a pain as you don't expect to beg for a replacement from a supplier when you buy things.
