I have used Print Artist 2004 in the past and thought it was time for an update. I have been very, very pleased. Not only is it easier to alter dimensions to print eg smaller or bigger cards than the design but the range and standard of the graphics catalogue is absolutely brilliant. I do a lot of photo work and the update has been more than worth it

I bought this because my old version refused to play ball with Windows 7 64 bit, and the family use PA quite a bit for various projects. The software is very good at what it does and comes with a plethora of pre-designed projects most of which are very 'Americany', but are a great place to start if you are as creatively challenged as I am.
My major gripe, and the reason I only gave 4 stars is that my old PA had really good graphics library integration with other images/pictures/graphics scattered on my system. This has been expunged from this version (and previous versions from what I can gather). The only way of inserting external graphics is to individually browse for them and insert when you find one - you don't even get a preview of what the graphic is <doh. You can't even import graphics libraries from older versions of the s/w. This makes the additional 2 DVD's of graphics a real pain to use, and rather pointless.
